Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Le Glacier. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • If the return was due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), full refund including shipping will be issued.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).
  • Contact your bank (processing times may vary).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@www.leglacier.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@www.leglacier.com and send your item.

5. Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to:

  • contact@www.leglacier.com
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

6. Digital Products

All sales of digital products (e.g., downloads, software, subscriptions) are final and non-refundable once the download or access link has been delivered, unless otherwise stated.
